Large-flowered Bellwort

Uvularia grandiflora

Unmistakable nodding yellow flowers, though often almost hidden by the lush leaves.  Inside of the flower is smooth, yellow. The leaves are long, pointed, smooth-edged, and parallel-veined, and attach closely to the stems.

1-1/12 feet, partial sun to shade.

Spring (April-June).

Leaves closely attached to stem.
