Large-flowered Trillium

Trillium grandiflorum

Three's the charm with this lovely spring flower: three broad leaves, smooth and smooth-edged, and a single large (3-4 inch) white flower of three broad petals, with yellow stamens showing in the center.  As the flowers near the end of their bloom, they may turn pinkish.

1 foot, partial shade-shade.

Spring (April-June).
