Yarrow
Achillea millefolium
This common alien has very fine, ferny leaves alternately on ascending stems that end in umbels of small white flowers. Each finely-disseced leaf may be 2-3 inches long and up to 1 inch wide. The flower umbels are up to 2 inches across, but several may bloom adjacently giving the appearance of a single larger umbel. The foliage has a characteristic aroma, somewhat spicy, when bruised.
1-3 feet, sun - partial sun.
Summer (June-August).
