Hibiscus trionum

Flowers of 5 white or pale yellow petals, about 1-1/4 inch across, with a dark red center and yellow anthers. Low-growing plant with trident-like leaves, each prong of which is serrated or roughly lobed.


To 2 feet, sun or partial sun.


Summer (July-September).

Often very low, under 1 foot.
